For a game known for intrigue, Baccarat is remarkably simple to learn and play. There are only three possible outcomes: a win for the player, a win for the banker, or a tie.
Step 1
Baccarat starts with a round of betting. You’re betting on which hand of two cards, yours or the banker’s, will be the closest to nine points.

Two cards are dealt to each player, and two cards are dealt to the banker. The first card is dealt to the player face up, and the second card is dealt to the banker face up. - If the player’s third card is two or three, the banker draws when he has a hand worth 0-to-4 points, and stays with a hand worth 5-to-7 points.
Step 6
After the banker deals out the cards, they add up the hands. Bets are paid out or taken by the house at this step.
