Well, the Indiana Pacers certainly made me look smart taking them +5 on the spread on Sunday, didn’t they?! Wow. Let’s try to figure out who’ll do the same for us tomorrow. Here are your NBA predictions and preview for Monday, May 12th.

Boston Celtics vs New York Knicks 5f2v3g

Start Time – 7:30 PM EST

We finally had a blowout in the Boston Celtics and the New York Knicks series, with the Celtics getting on the board with a 22-point victory in Game 3. One thing we have yet to have, however, is a home team win a game.

I’m not sure if that trend continues tomorrow, but I am sure the Knicks will at least cover the spread. Boston -2 is my line, so go Knicks, go.

Best Bet: New York +6.5 (-110)

Minnesota Timberwolves vs Golden State Warriors 6111c

Start Time – 10:00 PM EST

There will still be no Stephen Curry tomorrow on the court for the Golden State Warriors, as he is expected out until at least Game 6 as he nurses his injured hamstring. So my line of Golden State -2 is a bit of a moot point since it takes into the 70 games Curry played during the regular season.

So, instead, I’m going with the Minnesota Timberwolves to cover the spread tomorrow night. They would have in Game 3 if it weren’t for a late Warriors’ three-pointer (my bet ended up being a push).
