2025 NFL Mock Draft 634p37
A tradition unlike any other my annual release of my NFL Mock Draft! This is the same mock draft I will be submitting to the Huddle Report. The Huddle Report is the most prestigious NFL mock draft grading publication. In 2023 I took home the banner for most accurate NFL mock draft and I’ve been chasing that high ever since.
2024 was a slightly down year for me in of scoring, but still a fairly decent mock all things considered. Like all great mock drafters I’m only satisfied when I raise a banner.
To be fair this NFL mock draft skews a little chalky leaning into some of the favorites for the NFL Draft props. The Huddle Report grades two points for team match and one point if the player is a first round pick.
Unlike gambling the mock draft grades don’t reward you for hitting on long shorts. That didn’t stop a few of my favorite plus money bets from making it into my NFL mock draft. If you’re looking to catch up on some of my favorite NFL draft props I gave out a bunch on the Sports Gambling Podcast.
Jeanty To The Broncos +3200
This is something I like for my mock draft as well as for my betting portfolio. I believe a lot of the top teams interested in Ashton Jeanty is a bit of a smoke screen. That’s why Jeanty put out the Nike tackle football message. I think the Broncos may have to move up to get him but Sean Payton gets his guy. The price may have come down, but anything near +2000 is a good play in my mind.
Warren Top 5 Pick +3400
Liam Coen needs to help Trevor Lawrence out and drafting Tyler Warren is an easy fix. In addition it fills the void at TE left by Evan Engram. A new offensive minded head coach will likely want to make his mark here with an offensive weapon. Additionally Warren gives added help to his struggling QB Goldilocks.
It’s banner raising season 🏆

NY Jets First Pick DL/EDGE +900
This is another pick I’m basing off of the Jets getting a new head coach in Aaron Glenn. In general new coaches will want to make their impact known right away by drafting some of their guys. This price is way too high especially considering the Jets need help at DL. In the AFC East they need to slow down Josh Allen with a great defensive line.
Team To Draft Shedeur Sanders NYG +450 / PIT +700
These are bets I placed earlier in the NFL Draft process, but ultimately I think he gets drafted by the New York Giants. However they’re able to wait until the second round. There’s a chance the Giants trade up into the late first round to grab him.
The fact that the Sanders clan isn’t going to the NFL Draft tells me he’s not going first round. Steelers are the other team I could see taking him, and worth a shot at the price.
Round One NFL Mock Draft
# | Team | Pick | Pos | College |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 |
Titans |
Cam Ward | QB | Miami |
Titans are going QB here with Cam Ward which is more bad news for our mayo king Will Levis. | ||||
2 |
Browns |
Travis Hunter | WR/CB | Colorado |
The Browns need more good football players and Travis Hunter is really good. | ||||
3 |
Giants |
Abdul Carter | EDGE | Penn State |
There's still a chance the Giants mess this up and do something besides Carter, but odds are they'll take him. | ||||
4 |
Patriots |
Will Campbell | OL | LSU |
Gambling wise I'm not laying -380 here for Campbell, but for mock draft purposes Pats take him here. | ||||
5 |
Jaguars |
Tyler Warren | TE | Penn State |
The Jags desperately need offensive weapons and Warren would be a great Evan Engram replacement. Like the idea of a new offensive minded head coach going offense. | ||||
6 |
Raiders |
Will Johnson | CB | Michigan |
Pete Carroll won a Super Bowl thanks in part to great CB play, plus the Michigan connection with Tom Brady. | ||||
7 |
Jets |
Mason Graham | DL | Michigan |
The Jets need a DT and loading up on defense early makes sense for new HC Aaron Glenn. | ||||
8 |
Panthers |
Jalon Walker | LB | Georgia |
I could see him going even higher than this, but there's no way he gets past the Panthers at 8. | ||||
9 |
Saints |
Jaxson Dart | QB | Ole Miss |
Derek Carr is opting out for next season and the Saints need a QB on a rookie contract. | ||||
10 |
Bears |
Kelvin Banks | OL | Texas |
Lions offensive success was due to a great OL, Ben Johnson will carry that strategy over here to the Bears. | ||||
11 |
49ers |
Shemar Stewart | EDGE | Texas A&M |
The 49ers lost half their team in the offseason so they can go BPA here and it's Stewart. | ||||
12 |
Cowboys |
Tetairoa McMillan | WR | AZ |
The Cowboys need cheap skill players to offset al the money they're wastign on Dak Prescott. | ||||
13 |
Dolphins |
Armand Membou | OL | Ole Miss |
WR is a fun long shot here, but I'll eat some chalk and go best OL available. | ||||
14 |
Colts |
Colston Loveland | TE | Michigan |
If the Colts don't take him the Chargers will, but I'll trust the market that they love TE here. | ||||
15 |
Falcons |
Mykel Williams | EDGE | Georgia |
Falcons desperately need a rush and the local kid here makes a ton of sense. | ||||
16 |
Cardinals |
Jahdae Barron | CB | Texas |
Arizona is very thin in the secondary and need some CB help to get these defense in shape. | ||||
17 |
Bengals |
James Pearce | EDGE | Tenn |
The Bengals have no problem taking a discount on an edge rusher because of character concerns. | ||||
18 |
Seahawks |
Matthew Golden | WR | Texas |
Seattle is looking to revamp their ing game and Golden would make a good 3 WR for them. | ||||
19 |
Buccaneers |
Jihaad Campbell | LB | Alabama |
Todd Bowles needs a strong LB presences and Jihaad coule be that guy. | ||||
20 |
Broncos |
Ashton Jeanty | RB | Boise State |
It might not be at 20, but the Broncos get their guy Ashton Jeanty. | ||||
21 |
Steelers |
Derrick Harmon | DL | Oregon |
Shedeur could be a possibility here, but I think Steelers will fill a need here at DT. | ||||
22 |
Chargers |
Kenneth Grant | DL | Michigan |
Harbaugh drafting a Michigan man to help their DL. | ||||
23 |
Packers |
Maxwell Hairston | CB | Kentucky |
Packers need secondary help as they should be moving on from Jaire Alexander. | ||||
24 |
Vikings |
Malaki Starks | S | Georgia |
A classic Vikings pick here and helps out their back end. | ||||
25 |
Texans |
Grey Zabel | OL | NDSU |
C.J. Stroud needs all the help he can get and Zabel will help make that happen. | ||||
26 |
Rams |
Nick Emmanwori | S | South Carolina |
Day one starter to help round out the Rams back end. | ||||
27 |
Ravens |
Mike Green | EDGE | Marshall |
A defensive stud with character concerns? Feels like a perfect Raven. | ||||
28 |
Lions |
Donovan Ezeiruaku | EDGE | Boston College |
Lions got knocked out of the playoffs because of their inability to rush the er. | ||||
29 |
Commanders |
Omarion Hampton | RB | UNC |
Commanders are a real wildcard here, but will get some value with Hampton sliding. | ||||
30 |
Bills |
Tyler Booker | OL | Alabama |
The Bills want to make the tush push illegal because they're haters and they lack OL strength. | ||||
31 |
Chiefs |
Josh Simmons | OL | Ohio State |
Andy Reid helped invent building in the trenches and knows a good OL when he sees one. | ||||
32 |
Eagles |
Walter Nolen | DL | Ole Miss |
The Eagles lost some guys in FA on the DL and look to reload here with another SEC stud. |
