The week of college hoops slides into Mid-Major Thursday. Most of the big guys are scheduled for the weekend, so the smaller schools get attention tonight. South Florida allows opponents to dish out 14.7 assists per game this year. That’s 293rd in the nation. The Bulls are a bit soft on the defensive end, and often leave the backdoor open.

Oregon State gets a match up with the Portland Pilots tonight. The Pilots aren’t a very good rebounding team, and this one is a bit dangerous.

Minor comes into this game averaging 5.0 rebounds per game on the road this year. He’s also gone lower in six of his last eight games. Minor has also gone lower than 5.5 rebounds in three out of five road conference games.
Portland isn’t very good at cleaning the glass, but they were able to keep Minor from racking up boards in their first match up. Minor has also struggled to go higher than 5.5 rebounds recently. This is the side we’ll want to be on in our Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
