While the Indiana Hoosiers’ 14-7 record doesn’t look that bad on the surface and seems comparable to the Purdue Boilermaker’s 16-5 mark, things aren’t going well in Bloomington. The Hoosiers are only 5-5 in the Big Ten (compared to the Boilermakers’ 8-2 record), and have lost back-to-back games and four of their last five.
This is all to say that I’m in on the Purdue Boilermakers at home tomorrow in the Mackey Arena. They are 10-1 at home, and when you dive into the numbers I think the line here should be Purdue -14.5.
The second half of the parlay is over 146 points to be scored in the game tomorrow night. Purdue games average right around that mark this season (145 points to be exact), but Indiana is well over it, averaging 150.2 points per game. The Hoosiers have gone over 146 points in four straight games and seven of eight.
