Yeah, Wagner is a big underdog this weekend against Seton Hall on the road. The Pirates are -17.5-point favorites, which I think is way too many points. I only made the Pirates a -12.5-point favorite at home, so I think there is a lot of value on Wagner plus the points, and they are even live as dogs.
Seton Hall is undefeated on the season but has played Albany, FDU, and St. Peters. Not the best competition at all. While Wagner has played much better teams and is more battle-tested. If Wagner can control the glass, slow the game down, and make Seton Hall play their game, they can win this game.

Yeah, another huge dog I like for Saturday. USC Upstate is on the road, taking on Minnesota, where the Gophers are -12-point favorites. I agree that Minnesota should be the favorite, but not a double-digit favorite.
Outside of Dawson Garcia, the Gophers really don’t have anyone that they can rely on to get a bucket down the stretch. If USC Upstate is able to limit him and make his life hell, they have a chance not only to cover but win the game. USC Upstate has three players who average double-digit points as well and can keep up offensively.

My last dog of the day is the Portland Pilots, catching +13.5 points on the road against undefeated Nevada. Two great teams who can get up and down the court and score the basketball. Portland has three players who average 15+ points per game, while Nevada only has Blackshear, who averages more than 15 points per game.
The Pilots are also top ten in the country in free throw percentages, so if the game is close down the stretch, it gives them a good shot at pulling off the upset. I think Portland has the edge on the glass, and they’re the more efficient shooting team. This game should be closer than people think.
